Q: I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange/get my money refunded?

Please pay careful attention to the sizing charts provided for each garment and choose carefully when placing your order. If you want to change your size or get a refund we may, at our discretion, offer an exchange equivalent to the purchase price or provide a refund provided that:

  • (a) you return the item within 14 days from the date you receive delivery at your own cost
  • (b) the item is unworn and in its original condition; and
  • (c) all original labels, sealed packaging and tickets are attached to the item; and
  • (d) you provide an original tax invoice as proof of purchase; and
  • (e) discounted merchandise will only be exchanged, not refunded.

Q: My item is faulty, can I send it back? 

You may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law for items you purchase from FUIC if the item is

faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; 

significantly different from the photo or description on the website;

substantially not fit for its purpose (meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would), and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or unsafe,

AND you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide FUIC with proof of purchase, such as your original invoice or bank statement. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we may repair the item within a reasonable time (or, at our discretion, replace or refund the item). Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, FUIC will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Q: I washed my hoodie/t-shirt and it shrunk. Can I get a refund/exchange? 

Please follow the care instructions provided on each garment. Items that have shrunk as a result of being incorrectly washed and/or dried, will not be refunded. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, FUIC will not provide a refund, exchange or repair.

Q: I placed my order and paid for it, but it hasn’t arrived. 

All parcels are despatched from Adelaide, Australia.
We endeavour to despatch orders the same business day if placed before 2pm (AEST), otherwise the following business day. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 days within Australia depending on the destination of the purchase.

Q: How do I know my credit card details will be safe when I place on order on your website? 

The FUIC Gear website utilises the merchant processing facility of Stripe to process your electronic payments.

Stripe is an international market leader in the supply of merchant processing services for online transactions.

They maintain organisational, technical and administrative measures designed to protect personal data within their organisation against unauthorised access, destruction, loss, alteration or misuse.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? 

All parcels are despatched from Adelaide, Australia.

Q: Are these available in children’s sizes? 

FUIC GEAR is only available in adult sizes.

Q: Is there a limit to how much merchandise I can order? 

No! You can order as much as you, your friends, neighbours, your neighbours’ friends & your friends’ neighbours can handle! 

Q: How do I activate my discount? 

When making a FUIC GEAR purchase via www.FUICGEAR.com.au, simply enter the barcode from any FUIC carton or bottle when prompted and receive your discount. 

  1. Enter your FUIC carton product barcode and receive a 10% discount on the total order 
  2. Enter your FUIC bottle product barcode and receive a 15% discount on the total order

    Q: Are you bringing out more in this range?

     Q: I want a different colour can I return mine?
